§ 50-113. R-HM high density multifamily residential district.

Only apartments, buildings containing five or more attached dwelling units, shall be permitted within R-HM districts. Separate bath/toilet facilities, kitchen/dining areas, and two off-street parking spaces shall be provided for each dwelling unit.

(1)

Minimum lot size shall be the greater of one acre or health department requirements;

(2)

Minimum front yard shall be 40 feet;

(3)

Minimum side yard shall be 15 feet;

(4)

Minimum rear yard shall be 30 feet;

(5)

Minimum lot width at front building line shall be 100 feet;

(6)

Each dwelling unit shall contain a maximum of four bedrooms and a minimum habitable area of the following:

Total ground floor building coverage shall be limited to a maximum of 30 percent of the lot area.
