§ 50-112. R-LM low density multifamily residential district.

Only attached two-, three-, and four-family dwelling units (duplexes, triplexes, and quadraplexes) shall be permitted within R-LM districts. Separate bath/toilet facilities, kitchen/dining areas, and two off-street parking spaces shall be provided for each dwelling unit.

(1)

Minimum lot size shall be the greater of one acre or health department requirements;

(2)

Minimum front yard shall be 40 feet;

(3)

Minimum side yards shall be 15 feet;

(4)

Minimum rear yard 30 feet;

(5)

Minimum lot width at front building line shall be 100 feet;

(6)

Minimum habitable area per dwelling unit shall be 800 square feet;

(7)

Total ground floor building coverage shall be limited to a maximum of 25 percent of the lot area.
