§ 50-147. Transfer of development credits.

  • Within all areas that are determined to be unsuited for development due to any physical, environmental, scenic, or historical constraints, the county planning commission shall prohibit or limit development or, instead, may elect to permit clustering or transferring of the development credits (the number of units permitted by existing zoning) to less sensitive locations, provided the resulting lots shall conform to not less than the minimum requirements of section 50-111.
