§ 50-110. R-2 single-family residential district.

Uses and requirements for the R-2 single-family residential district include those listed in section 50-108 in addition to the following:

(1)

One-acre minimum lot size except as the result of clustering;

(2)

40-foot minimum front yard;

(3)

15-foot minimum side yards;

(4)

30-foot minimum rear yard;

(5)

100-foot minimum lot width at front building line;

(6)

1,000-square-foot minimum habitable area.
